The co-founder of Realnet Lending Group, Greg Vander Wel is an 11-year veteran in the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investment industry holding multiple senior level positions throughout his career.  Because of his impeccable reputation for honesty, hard work and innovation, Greg turned Realnet Tampa Bay into the leading investment real estate brokerage in the Tampa Bay area.  However, it was while running a real estate branch for Realnet USA two years ago that he recognized the importance of bringing together complimentary businesses in order to provide the best real estate services to his clients.  And so, Realnet Lending Group was formed with co-founder, Tami LaManna.
